DESIGN
A hammered open teardrop wire frame hangs from an ear wire, with three stacked lapis lazuli disc beads threaded at its base, from which a slim hammered gold bar drop extends downward. The composition moves from open and airy at the top to grounded and detailed at the centre, with the deep blue beads providing a rich point of colour between the two gold elements considered, layered, and quietly striking.
