If the size does not fit,we offer s free first exchange.

- Item must be unused and unwashed
- No perfume, stains, or makeup marks
- Original tags & packaging must be intact

Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Report within: 48 hours of delivery

- Unboxing video (Mandatory)
- Clear product images showing the issue
- Order ID

We only provide:

Refunds are only applicable if the product is out of stock and replacement is not possible. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Second exchange: Shipping charges applicable

- Measurements may vary by ±1 inch
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
- Refusing delivery is treated as a post-dispatch cancellation
