Exchange Policy — Size / Fit Issues

We offer easy exchange in case of size or fitting problems.

Request within: 48 hours of delivery

How to request: Email shopkalyra@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Opening parcel video (Mandatory)

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • No perfume, stains, or makeup marks
  • Original tags & packaging must be intact
Note: Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the size is unavailable, you will have to wait till next restock.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Report within: 24 hours of delivery

Required documents:

  • Unboxing video (Mandatory)
  • Clear product images showing the issue
  • Order ID
Without an unboxing video, the complaint may not be accepted. Please record your unboxing for all orders.

Return & Refund Policy

We currently do not accept order returns or provide refunds.

We only provide:

  • Replacement
  • Size exchange

Refunds are only applicable if the product is out of stock and replacement is not possible. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • First exchange: Free — we arrange pickup
  • Second exchange: Shipping charges applicable
If the customer sends an item back without prior approval, KALYRA will not be responsible for the shipment.

Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch.

To cancel your order, contact us immediately:

  • Email: shopkalyra@gmail.com
  • Share your Order ID in the message
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refusing delivery will be treated as a post-dispatch cancellation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order garments
  • Products bought during clearance or sale
  • Altered products
  • Items showing signs of use
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products without original tags attached

Important Notes

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen resolution
  • Handcrafted garments may have minor irregularities — this is not a defect
  • Measurements may vary by ±1 inch
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
  • Refusing delivery is treated as a post-dispatch cancellation
